Trust and Safety Policy

This Trust and Safety Policy describes TalesNTokens' approach to platform safety, illegal content, abuse prevention, marketplace integrity, fraud, child safety, reporting, and enforcement. It should be read with the Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, Content Moderation Policy, User Reporting Policy, Child Safety Policy, and Security Policy.
Definitions
"Trust and Safety" means the systems, policies, reviews, and controls used to reduce harm and maintain platform integrity.
"Platform Risk" means risk from illegal content, abuse, fraud, malware, stolen assets, scams, child safety issues, or security threats.
"Enforcement" means an action taken to reduce Platform Risk or respond to violations.
Scope
This policy applies to all users, rooms, marketplace activity, creator uploads, purchases, content, reports, WebSockets, APIs, sandbox sessions, and integrations.
Safety Priorities
TalesNTokens prioritises:
- child safety;
- credible threats and illegal content;
- malware and security threats;
- fraud and payment abuse;
- stolen or pirated assets;
- harassment and hate speech;
- marketplace scams;
- account compromise and exploit abuse;
- privacy violations.
Risk Controls
TalesNTokens should maintain:
- report and appeal tools;
- upload restrictions and malware controls;
- marketplace review workflows;
- payout holds and chargeback monitoring;
- room and membership access controls;
- audit logs;
- rate limits;
- abuse detection;
- incident response procedures;
- child safety escalation paths.
User Obligations
Users must act lawfully, report serious issues, avoid abuse, comply with licence terms, keep accounts secure, and cooperate with investigations.
Platform Obligations
TalesNTokens will maintain proportionate safety processes, enforce policies consistently, respect lawful expression and user ownership, document high-risk decisions, and provide appeal routes where relevant.
Transparency
TalesNTokens should publish meaningful information about safety rules, reporting options, and material policy changes. If required by law, TalesNTokens should maintain transparency reporting for moderation decisions and illegal content reports.

Enforcement Procedures
Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, room restrictions, marketplace holds, payout holds, account suspension, account termination, refund actions, chargeback responses, preservation of evidence, and authority reporting.
Appeals Process
Users may appeal trust and safety decisions within 30 days by contacting appeals@talesntokens.com with account email, decision notice, IDs, and supporting evidence.
