User Reporting Policy

This User Reporting Policy explains how users may report illegal content, abuse, copyright concerns, marketplace scams, security issues, child safety risks, and other policy violations. It should be read with the Content Moderation Policy, Trust and Safety Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Copyright and DMCA Policy.
Definitions
"Report" means information submitted to TalesNTokens about suspected content, conduct, security, legal, marketplace, or safety violations.
"Reporter" means the person submitting a Report.
"Reported User" means the person whose content or conduct is being reported.
"Urgent Report" means a report involving immediate risk, child safety, credible violence, malware, fraud, or other serious harm.
Scope
This policy applies to reports about accounts, rooms, maps, tokens, character sheets, notes, chat, uploads, marketplace listings, creator assets, purchases, refunds, chargebacks, bridge snapshots, WebSocket abuse, and sandbox activity.
What To Report
Users may report:
- harassment, threats, hate speech, and abuse;
- illegal content;
- malware, phishing, and security abuse;
- fraud, payment abuse, and marketplace scams;
- pirated content, stolen assets, and copyright infringement;
- account abuse, impersonation, and ban evasion;
- exploits and automation abuse;
- child safety risks;
- privacy violations or doxxing;
- misleading or faulty marketplace listings.

Reports should include URLs, room IDs, listing IDs, asset IDs, account emails or usernames if known, screenshots where safe, dates, transaction IDs, and a clear description.
User Obligations
Reporters must submit truthful reports, avoid harassment through reporting, avoid mass-report manipulation, avoid sending illegal files where doing so would be unlawful, and preserve evidence without redistributing harmful content.
Platform Obligations
TalesNTokens will provide reporting channels, triage reports, prioritise urgent reports, protect reporters where appropriate, avoid retaliatory disclosure where possible, and document actions taken.
Report Handling
TalesNTokens may:
- request more information;
- remove or restrict content;
- contact the Reported User;
- preserve evidence;
- refer copyright matters to the copyright process;
- refer security matters to the security process;
- refer payment matters to Stripe;
- report serious illegal content to authorities where required or appropriate;
- close reports that lack enough information.
Enforcement Procedures
Reports may lead to warnings, content removal, marketplace delisting, payout holds, account restrictions, suspension, termination, refund actions, chargeback response, or authority referral.
Appeals Process
Reporters may ask for a review if they believe a report was wrongly rejected. Reported Users may appeal enforcement under the Content Moderation Policy. Appeals should be submitted within 30 days to appeals@talesntokens.com.
