Content Moderation Policy

This Content Moderation Policy explains how TalesNTokens reviews, restricts, removes, restores, and appeals content and account decisions. It should be read with the Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, User Reporting Policy, Child Safety Policy, and Copyright and DMCA Policy.
Definitions
"Moderation Action" means removing, restricting, labelling, delisting, demonetising, disabling, quarantining, or otherwise limiting content or an account.
"Illegal Content" means content that is unlawful in a relevant jurisdiction.
"Statement of Reasons" means an explanation of a moderation decision where required or appropriate.
Scope
This policy applies to maps, tokens, character sheets, notes, chat, uploaded files, creator listings, marketplace assets, bridge snapshots, rooms, accounts, reports, reviews if enabled, and public or private sharing where content is reported or identified.
Moderation Inputs
Moderation may be triggered by:
- user reports;
- creator or buyer disputes;
- copyright notices;
- payment provider alerts;
- security scans;
- automated or manual review;
- law enforcement or regulator notices;
- processor notices;
- platform integrity checks.
Moderation Standards
TalesNTokens may act against harassment, hate speech, illegal content, malware, fraud, pirated content, stolen assets, account abuse, exploits, automation abuse, marketplace scams, child safety risks, security threats, and other policy violations.
Moderation Actions
TalesNTokens may:
- leave content available;
- apply labels, warnings, or age restrictions where available;
- remove or disable content;
- restrict public visibility;
- quarantine files;
- delist marketplace items;
- pause sales or downloads;
- withhold payouts;
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- preserve evidence;
- notify users, processors, payment providers, regulators, or authorities where required.
Notice To Users
Where appropriate and lawful, TalesNTokens will tell affected users what action was taken, why it was taken, what policy was applied, and how to appeal. Notice may be delayed or withheld for security, child safety, fraud, legal, or anti-evasion reasons.
Appeals Process
Users may appeal most moderation decisions within 30 days by emailing appeals@talesntokens.com or using in-app appeal tools once available.
Appeals should include:
- account email;
- content, room, listing, or transaction ID;
- decision notice;
- reason the user believes the decision was wrong;
- supporting rights, licence, safety, or context evidence.
TalesNTokens will review appeals in a timely, non-discriminatory, and proportionate way. Where reasonably practicable, appeals will be reviewed by a person not solely responsible for the original decision.
Emergency And Illegal Content
TalesNTokens may immediately remove or restrict content involving child safety, credible threats, malware, terrorism, fraud, intimate image abuse, or other serious illegal or harmful conduct. TalesNTokens may report such content to lawful authorities where required or appropriate.
User Obligations
Users must not evade moderation, repost removed content, abuse reporting tools, submit false appeals, threaten reporters or moderators, or interfere with investigations.
Platform Obligations
TalesNTokens will maintain moderation criteria, report handling, appeal routes, recordkeeping, and transparency processes appropriate to its size, risk, and legal obligations.

Enforcement Procedures
Violation of this policy may lead to additional restrictions, including account suspension, termination, marketplace removal, payout holds, or authority referral.
